Appearance: Cloudy.
Golden haze. Tight, tiny bubble streams. Thick, rich head that lasts ;-)
Smell: Yeast.
Citrus. Slightly musky, but not overwhelming.
Taste: Great
balance between hops, yeast and malt. Nothing overwhelming.
Drinkability: As drinkable as it gets. Goes down smooth and really makes me want to drink more!
ABV: 5.8%
Serving Type: Bottle poured in goblet.
Wow. I mean – wow. I’ve
never had such a drinkable beer. Tiny, tiny bubble strands in the carbonation.
Head that lasted through the entire glass. Very mild hops – subtle yeast
flavors. Drink this beer on its own. Sure – you could pair it with a meal. But
certain beers really ought to be enjoyed and appreciated by themselves.
