Appearance: Nice
thick head. Died eventually. Murky. Mahogoney/brown.
Smell: Maaaaalt.
Caramel. Got stronger towards the end.
Taste: Delicious.
Malted start. Nutty finish. Slight bitterness on my breath at the end. Well balanced.
Drinkability: Extremely drinkable. Creamy on the slush. Perfect carbonation.
ABV: 8%
Serving Type: Bottle poured in goblet.
So – I think I finally understand
what it takes to create great beer. Yeah – I figured it out. You can’t talk to most
people, have sex or indulge in most things that we find pleasurable. Then,
simply perfect an original recipe over hundreds of years. Select only the
finest ingredients. And you need to pray…a lot. And thank God for your beers.
Yeah…that’s all you’ve gotta do! One of the finest Trappist beers you’ll likely
ever drink…if you can find it. You may have to spend upwards of $550 for a case
