Sam Smith “Tadcaster” Organic English Bitter

WWED Grade: A-

Appearance: Medium Head. Clear. Golden/Amber. Lots of bubble carbonation streams.

Smell: Malty. Sweet – like apples.

Taste: Musky and light. Bitter on the sides of my mouth and on my breath at the end. Great beer. Not sure why…but I keep thinking of apples.

Drinkability: Very easy to drink. Nothing overwhelming.

ABV: 3.8%

Serving Type: Bottle poured in glass.

This beer would be great with a light meal. White meats, and salads. Very easy to drink. Likely due to it’s low ABV. Not the best beer I’ve had – but certainly not the worst. Another Sam Smiths done well…
