This was great. Unfortunately a rare find on the West Coast – otherwise I’d gladly have another! Makes other Brown Ales taste like water. Got sweeter towards the end of the glass – those brown sugars came out a bit more. Overall, I really enjoyed this beer. Although, I wouldn’t say fits into the category of what I’d typically think of as a ‘Brown Ale’. If I were to drink this with my eyes closed – I’d guess it were more of a Porter. Call it what you like – I’d call it a great beer!
