Dogfish Head “Punk” Ale

Appearance: Clear. Amber.

Smell: Mulled wine (hot-spiced wine).

Taste: PUMPKIN!!! Cinnamon. Brown Sugar. No hops.

Drinkability: Very drinkable. Medium-mild carbonation.

ABV: 7%

Serving Type: Bottle poured in glass.

WOW! This was the first, and to date only Pumpkin/Harvest-style ale that actually tastes like a pumpkin! It’s in the after taste, and was subtle at that – but definitely a pumpkin. The brown sugar added great balance with a mild sweetness. LOVED this as a “Pumpkin” ale. Enjoy it with or without a meal. But would go great with just about anything you’d find around the Thanksgiving supper table.
